the food was local, with plenty of options. we got a room with a bathtub. the location was marvellous and perfect, near nice restaurants on main street nearby, the beach and many bars and restaurants.

Comfortable large beds made my sleep really restful. the atmosphere around here was peaceful and chill 😌.

Everyone at Beach Life Uppuveli was helpful and affable, including the owner. the location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. - the nearby seafood restaurant Marquee Restaurant, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

the rooms are good value for money and spacious with a large bed. They come equipped with an electric kettle and glassware. 3. the location is fantastic, being close to lovely restaurants on the main street and the beach in a local area.

I gotta admit, there were a couple of things about this place that I actually kinda liked. First off, the staff were super nice and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. And get this, they even let us rent a bike for just a few rupees! Now that's a sweet deal. Oh, and the room was pretty big and had a massive bed. I mean, seriously, I could roll around in there and still have plenty of space. And everything was clean, except for a couple of spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. But hey, no biggie.

Okay, here's the deal, there were a few things about this place that kinda sucked. For one, it's a bit of a walk to get to the streets where all the tourist bars are.
